Job description / Mission
The successful candidate will join a highly motivated and professional team and will report to the product manager of CTS China.

: ~1 k  x: u: J  oMain Responsibilities
- Develop marketing plan to take control of the compressor room;
- Make sure that our strategy and product offer
- Pricing for Non-AC service products;
- Support the service centers in implementing the divisional strategies;
- Develop support tools to enable ease of sales;
# F% s9 B, Y% {* Y3 R% I+ ^- Map the development of this strategy, including the Unipart for the future
# |5 p* T: m. A, F- Follow-up CTS results

Experience Requirements
$ A" [5 ]( N7 ?! g5 P4 b5 Z; }- At least 3 year working experience in AM sales or marketing
. l' ^8 F4 T, Y1 I! o- Understanding of marketing principles in an industrial environment gained via education or experience

Knowledge / Educational requirements
# q: w8 z( Y- j, A* n- University/college graduated
- Solid understanding of the service product sales process.
- Good command of English both oral and writing is required
: j2 h" F2 H) ^) ?0 [- Computer skills: MS Office, Lotus Notes, and related database system

Personality requirements
- Result oriented with a self motivating personality
- Strong communication skills, able to work in a team at all levels
