MAXIMA
The main features of Maxima are the rotation speed of the pumping unit (just 1000 rpm), a very simple operation, low noise and the cooling system. Maxima is provided with a double speed electric fan. Maxima is the first single stage compressor with the same energy efficiency as the currently available two stage compressors.
The Maxima range today includes 5 models (30, 55, 75, 110 and 160 kW), with an operating pressure of 7.5 bar and a capacity from 6.45 to 31.8 m3/min.
Maxima 30, 55 and 75 can be provided in “PLUS” version, with integrated dryer.

OPTIMA: VARIABLE SPEED AND MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY
Optima is able to moderate the rotation speed of the compressor-engine group according to air consumption, without any harmful waste of energy. Fundamental features include the low rotation speed, direct engine coupling to four high yield poles, pressures between 7 and 10 bar and an advanced microprocessor control system. From a power of 11 kW to the 200 kW model with capacity from 1.19 to 35,50 m3/min.
There are two types available, a standard version and a version OPTIMA PLUS, complete with dryer and refrigerating cycle.
OPTIMA （奥普特马）: 可变转速及最大功效
Optima（奥普特马）系列压缩机－引擎工作组的转速可根据空气的消耗量进行调控，从而节约能源。主要特点包括低转速、四极高效电机直联、7-10bar可变压力及先进的微处理器控制系统。功率11kw – 200kw, 排气量1.19 – 35.50 m3/min.

螺杆空压机应用的阀类

HKJ-G-120 进气控制阀
应用：
ON/OFF控制或者容量调节式螺杆机，在启动、加载和卸载时自动控制进气流量
运行：
由阀体、回转式止回阀、蝶阀和控制气缸组成。
回转式止回阀自带配重和氟橡胶密封圈，开机时压缩机主机吸气，由于压差的原因，止回阀迅速打开；当停机时，压差失去后，受配重控制，止回阀能及时迅速的紧密关闭，确保没有停机吐油的现象
蝶阀的开启和关闭受控制气缸控制，根据控制气缸
的活塞杆伸出长短，蝶阀打开或者关闭，从而调节压缩机进气量。
HKJ-G-120常闭式进气阀，接受压力信号控制打开；
HKJ-O-120常开式进气阀，接受压力信号控制关闭。
产品特点：
1，自带配重的回转式止回阀能够在紧急停机后迅速关闭，防止主机内油气喷出；
2，专业设计的控制气缸可以根据要求设定蝶阀开启压力；
3，具有自主设计专利的控制气缸简洁耐用，避免膜片式气缸的膜片频繁损坏。设计使用寿命300万次。


HKW 组合温控阀
应用：
主要用于调节进入螺杆机主机的油温。能够快速精确的控制油的流向，防止过低温度的油进入润滑系统，在到达开启温度后高温油分流向冷却器。
产品特点：
1，特别设计的适合中国气候条件的开启温度；
2，定制感温包，能够在高温润滑油中灵敏反应；
3，集成油过滤器接口，能够将温控阀和油过滤座合二为一，节省客户成本，简洁管路。
运行：
HKW温控阀可以调节从油气分离器过来的油。
在低于设定开启温度时，通过油过滤器直接流向螺杆机主机；
在高于设定开启温度，低于设定最高温度时，导向部分润滑油流向冷却器，将冷却器返回的冷油和油气分离器过来不经过冷却器的热油混合后，通过油过滤器流向螺杆机主机；
当油温高于设定最高温度时，导向全部油流向冷却器，并且关闭直接流向螺杆机主机头的通道。
HKW温控阀设定最低开启温度60℃，最高开启温度75℃，油温到达最低开启温度，阀芯开始动作，到达最高开启温度，阀芯运动到底，温控阀全开。
